We temporarily have new enrollments on hold as we catch up post lockdown. We will be welcoming new patients again soon!
Please phone our reception staff or come and see us to sign an enrollment form and join our community.
Alternatively, you can download and fill in the forms to bring in, along with your ID (passport or birth certificate).
Please arrive 5-10 mins before your first appointment to complete the enrollment process with reception.

For most new patients your first appointment will be 30 minutes long so we can get to know you and your medical history. This is so we can provide the very best care for you going forward.
A slightly higher charge will apply for this first visit, after which our standard fees will apply.

Sometimes when times are hard, paying for health care can be difficult. If you are in need of health care, money problems should not be a barrier. There are some ways we can help with this, including smaller regular payments, we can apply for extra help from WINZ when appropriate, and at times there is extra funding we can use to help pay for certain medical conditions.  Please don't hesitate to ask about these options if you need to.
